Downtown, East Village, Little Italy, and Bankers Hill. High-rise and mid-rise condos where a single failed supply line or a fire-sprinkler discharge can affect several units on several floors. These jobs are about speed, containment, and paperwork: we coordinate with building management and the HOA, document each affected unit, and dry with equipment sized for concrete-and-steel construction.
North Park, Hillcrest, University Heights, South Park, and Kensington. Craftsman and Spanish Revival homes from the 1910s to 1940s with raised foundations, crawlspaces, plaster walls, and original cast-iron drains. Leaks here hide under the floor and inside plaster, and older materials dry differently, so we map moisture carefully before opening anything up.
Mission Valley. Condos and apartments along the San Diego River, where one unit's leak quickly becomes the neighbors' problem and where our fast response matters most. This is one of our most active areas in the city.

My North Park house has a crawlspace. Can you dry under the floor?
